How do I place an order?
Ordering on our site is simple. Choose your product, add it to your shopping cart and follow the payment instructions. Payment options are e.g. iDEAL, creditcard and PayPal.
How and when will I receive my order?
As we are providing digital products (the 10 keys in pdf format), you will receive your order within a few minutes in your email.
Is an order refundable?
If you live in the EU then your order is refundable within 14 days. Please send us an email if you want a refund. As we are delivering digital products via email, the order is no longer refundable as soon as you have accessed or downloaded the product.
